JIM TERRY JOINS OMNIACTIVE AS CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

OmniActive Health Technologies (“OmniActive” or “the Company”), which offers a wide range of premium, scientifically-validated ingredients for customers in the dietary supplement and functional food and beverage space, announced today that Jim Terry will join the company as its Chief Commercial Officer.
Jim Terry has more than 30 years of experience in diversified and progressive management, providing strategic direction and leading team-oriented work forces at leading nutraceutical companies such as Aspire Pharmaceuticals, Neptune Wellness Solutions, and Nutra Manufacturing (former manufacturing division of GNC). A focused problem-solver, he brings to OmniActive extensive expertise in sales, marketing, procurement, operations and supply chain management.
To help drive OmniActive’s next phase of growth and build a best-in-class, customer-centric company, Jim Terry will lead global sales for OmniActive, with a specific focus on building deeper relationships with customers in the nutraceuticals industry.
