Building a sustainable future through corporate social responsibility

Leadership isn’t measured by what you create, but what you impart. We’re steadfastly committed to the livelihood and betterment of the communities and people that are so critical to our own mission of creating better health through higher quality ingredients. Our CSR program, OmniActive’s Improving Lives Foundation, is a nonprofit organization that’s dedicated to fostering positive change and improvement through three central tenets:

health

Health

From increasing access to clean drinking water to improving eye health and bolstering childhood nutrition in rural communities, we work to ensure brighter, healthier futures in the communities that surround our operations.

environment

Environment

Through an Environment Program that promotes renewable energy and water conservation, we provide rural villages with the technologies and know-how to improve their lives while protecting the planet.

education

Education

Whether it’s empowering farmers to adopt more sustainable agricultural processes or digitizing education in rural schools, we provide invaluable training and resources to help our farmers and communities thrive.

Changing narratives

Omni Impact Stories is a collection of real-life stories that chronicles the efforts OmniActive is taking to affect positive change in rural farming villages throughout India. It documents the personal experiences of farmers and their families who have benefited from OmniActive’s Improving Lives Foundation’s initiatives. We continuously educate them on best agricultural practices including techniques to save water and additional ways to diversify their income.

Empowering communities with vital initiatives

OmniActive’s Improving Lives Foundation is committed to creating a positive and lasting impact on local communities by addressing key challenges in health, environment and education. Through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives, the foundation aims to empower individuals and uplift communities, particularly those in vulnerable and underserved populations.

Here are a few examples of programs we have put into place

Vitamin Angels

Vitamin Angels, a non-profit organization whom we’ve partnered with to provide high-dose vitamin A supplementation and deworming tablets to children under-five in hard-to-reach vulnerable populations.

Sankara Eye Foundation

With Sankara Eye Foundation, we’ve set up eye camps focused on helping rural communities improve their eye health through eye screening exams and surgeries.

Navneet Foundation

From an educational perspective, we’ve partnered with the Navneet Foundation to provide digital technologies that greatly improve the quality of education in underprivileged schools.
