Mumbai, India and Morristown, N.J., August 9, 2021—OmniActive Health Technologies (OmniActive) announced today the appointment of Mark Dewis as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mark will be based in OmniActive’s Morristown, USA office.
Throughout the years, OmniActive has continued dynamic growth under the leadership and guidance of its founder Sanjaya Mariwala, who will remain Executive Chairman & Managing Director. “It is with tremendous excitement that I announce Mark’s appointment,” Sanjaya commented. “His proven success and forward-thinking, customer-centric approach is exactly what is needed to drive our next phase of growth.”
Mark is a seasoned leader with nearly three decades of experience in the health, nutrition, flavors and food & beverages sectors. Mark was with International Flavors & Fragrance (IFF) where he spent more than two decades and most recently was President. Mark brings rich experience in leading exceptional teams, driving innovation and delivering customer centricity in the natural product and innovative heath ingredients sectors. Mark also brings experience in delivering value through disruptive M&A. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Science and is a graduate from University of Nottingham, Nottingham, England.
