Morristown, N.J., October 1, 2019 – OmniActive Health Technologies is pleased to announce a global strategic alliance with JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy, to jointly develop and commercialize unique, branded carotenoid compositions, delivering powerful antioxidants for human health benefits including eye, skin, and cognition. This is a significant development under ACCELA, OmniActive’s global partnering platform for open innovation.
Having made names for themselves supplying world-class products and solutions to the natural products market, both companies will further solidify their strengths and mobilize their capabilities through this partnership. JXTG’s High Performance Materials Company has made significant investments on IP-backed breakthroughs in developing non-GMO sources, including microorganisms to produce highly purified forms of different nutrients, for human and animal health, while leveraging sustainable and energy-efficient fermentation technologies.
